Where are you as a team on the ecocycle ?
We will be using an ecocycle to asses where the team feels they are for a number of important indicators for team health.
Ecocycle planning is explained on the liberating structures web site
Ecocycle Planning invites team members to focus also on creative destruction and renewal in addition to typical themes regarding growth or efficiency. The Ecocycle makes it possible to spur agility, resilience, and sustained performance by including all four phases of development in the planning process.
You will ask the team members to pick a statement and put it on the ecocycle:

Once the team has put the statements on the ecocycle , ask them what statements would need to advance to a next stage and ask them to vote.

Collect the statements with the highest votes and find out what is in the team circle of influence to start a first move in that direction.
