• What essentials do our team(s) need to hit the ground running?
• Who are the VIPs whose support will make or break our mission? Which key players should we get onboard?
• How much face time will we get with the sponsors during the kickoff?
• Are we in need of some fresh skills?
• Do we need to beef up our knowledge base?
• Where do we foresee hiccups in communication and information flow? How can we start smoothing these out from day one?
• Have we got the right mix of team members for being cross-functional ?
• What issues or constraints are already on our radar?
• What are our "known unknowns"?
